April 3rd, 2025 CAMPUS CATASTROPHE - part of Union University’s Pennick Academic Complex roof in Jackson, TN abruptly collapsed around 8:45 PM during a strong thunderstorm, partially flooding the building with rainwater, gas from a broken line, and debris.
